The purchased shell-fabric undergoes the strictly inspection to make sure the precision data of shell-fabric flow process. From purchasing the shell-fabric to handing over the qualified products to the tail Department, each procedure is implemented strictly according to the operation process. It receives the shell fabrics based on the issue list’s list number, type number and quantity. The group leader arranges the production procedures according to the samples, every process is precisely assigned to the employees. The technicians spot check the semi-finished products and the finished products, supervise the every group’s production quality and make technical guidance to the personnel in the production department and manage/supervise the workshop production. After the garments are finished, they will be transformed to the tail department to inspect and pack, at last will be well stored in the finished products warehouse. Quality management department collects and analyzes the inspection data, proposes the perfecting measures according to international quality data standard and redacts Annual Internal Audit Plan to roundly control the whole production chain’s quality problems so as to improve the production quality efficiently. In order to ensure all the products’ quality, the quality inspecting department makes a strict check over the shell-fabric purchasing, washing test, middle inspection, general inspection, spot inspection, finished products and so on.
